The admissions department is responsible for handling inquiries, forms, student enrollment, and payments. We have made our process here at Mosaic Academy a very easy step by step procedure for both local and international enrollment. Both forms are located on the registration page.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements may vary depending on the type of student you are. However, the general requirements to attend

Mosaic Academy are as follow:

*Please note: a non-refundable application fee of $49.99 CAD must be paid upon registration. All respective fees must be paid before enrolment. All fees are non-transferable whatsoever.

Refund policy:

There is no refund for the registration form even if admission is denied.

Prior to course commencement: If the student paid for a single high school course but cannot attend for any reason, the student may receive a credit toward a future enrollment.

After course commencement: There will be no refunds available.

Full time elementary and high school students: will receive a full refund if they cancel their registration up to 14 days prior to commencement of the school year. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is made during the 14 days prior to the beginning of the school year. No refunds will be given after the school year has commenced.

International Admission

The international admissions process is completed online. You will find a PDF file attached on the registration page which will require you to fill out and send it back to the admissions team.

Refund policy: If a student/guardian/parent decides to withdraw from Mosaic Academy after he or she has registered and paid for the all online program,  a refund can be issued under two conditions; a. A refund request must be submitted within 48 business hours of payment. b. Student has yet to gain access to course materials or the student portal. If a refund request does not meet any of these conditions, no refund will be issued.

Our Virtual Class Platform

 

At Mosaic Academy we use an online learning platform called Moodle to conduct classes. This system personalizes learning environments for students by giving them direct access to all of their course material through their Moodle account. The benefit of using Moodle is that students can access it at any place or time, regardless of their location.
